Products and orders
WAR ARCHIVE sells made-to-order prints, canvas and apparel. Product imagery is presented as accurately as practical, but colours and appearance can vary between screens and physical production. Small production tolerances may occur.
We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable product or another legitimate operational reason. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Shipping and any applicable taxes or duties are shown or calculated where relevant during checkout.
Intellectual property
The WAR ARCHIVE brand, original graphic treatments, layouts, copy and other original creative elements on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Historical source material may have separate rights, licences or public-domain status.
Historical content
WAR ARCHIVE presents historical imagery and information for artistic, documentary and educational context. The inclusion of historical people, symbols, uniforms or organisations does not imply endorsement of their ideology, conduct or beliefs.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
